A large grade \u2018A\u2019 listed two storey garden flat required the upgrading of an existing bathroom that had separate WC and Bathroom sited in an outhouse extension that was very cold.<\/span><\/p>\n The internal brick partitions were demolished and the roof and external walls were insulated. A new bathroom\/shower room was installed<\/span> <\/b>with large walk-in shower, double WHB, wall mounted WC and bath. Travertine marble wall and floor tiles and underfloor heating. <\/span><\/p>\n An existing listed wine cellar was renovated to form a new en-suite shower room. The remit was to keep the stone wine bottle storage shelves and also install a modern shower room. The construction of a new structural opening to the bedroom was required and the infilling of an existing doorway.<\/span><\/p>\n Drainage had to be installed below the existing concrete floor and connected to the main drainage run which was located in the Hallway. A new wall mounted WC was installed and the concealed cistern was located in the adjoining storage room. A new walk-in shower was installed and the stone storage shelves were retained with lacquered oak timber finishes to form modern storage without compromising the listed element.
