This involved the in-house design and installation of a children’s bathroom in the attic space of a large traditional detached property in the Colinton area of Edinburgh.<\/span><\/p>\n The Attic had to be insulated, and new drainage and hot and cold supplies provided. The Bathroom was designed to a high standard with 2 No WHB\u2019s, system bath with television at end, walk -in shower and hardwood bench seating.The floor was limestone tiles with underfloor heating. Timber finishes were stained and lacquered Iroko manufactured thorough out that were prepared in our workshop. Specialist lighting was installed with an infrared detector so that the Children could wander into the Bathroom during the night and this would connect some low lighting which would switch off once the children had left.<\/span><\/p>\n An existing Bathroom and Cloak Room were also extensively re-designed and installed.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
