The key to this refurbishment was to remove the internal partitions from the basement of a 3 storey townhouse recently formed from an old hospital to allow open space living with more light throughout. Separation walls were also removed to allow the construction of an additional space for a Gym with a new window and also new doorway to provide better access to outside terraces. The internal fit out was completed to a high standard including specialist lighting, audio visual installation, Oak veneered storage cabinets, desk, electric organ enclosure and bookshelves. All the furniture manufacture was carried out in our workshop by our highly skilled joiners.The transformation of small dark rooms to bright open plan living has transformed the basement for our Client and they now use the space as the main living area.<\/p>\n
